I believe music is something so special that connects everyone. Different people will connect to it differently so I will work with the individual students to find out his/her music connectivity. Once I have established that musical bond then I will have a more tailor plan for the individual.
My teaching methods are based on what you as a student want to learn and skills you would like to develop. The classes are meant for beginners to intermediate level students.
I am very patient with kids and prefer to focus on them learning concepts, songs, techniques, etc. rather than simply memorizing them. I like to structure my class in a way that will maximize their performance. Usually, I begin with scales and other Technical Requirements, then I move on to Studies and Repertoire pieces, and finally, I try to practice some material from the Four Star book.
I am able to teach all ages and levels but elementary students enjoy my lessons the best. A typical lesson with me consists of a warm-up, a piece of the students choice (i.e. pop song), and their RCM repertoire. I strive for my students to be well-rounded in the music industry so I teach them to be proficient in sight reading, techniques, and most importantly, to fall in love with music.
Overall, I like to plan my lessons to cater to the individual student's needs. This ensures that they make progress while maintaining interest in music. For example, I usually listen to what piece my student wants to play on the piano and I teach them that piece, while focusing on the technical aspects that the student can learn from.
I believe that every student is unique in their learning capabilities. I ensure that every lesson is tailored to their strengths as well as working on improving their weaknesses. I believe that every student's success is dependent on their willingness to learn and thrive in a safe and happy environment.
I teach with creativity and dynamic approach in presenting music. I make a step by step hands on piano and introduce music with excitement.
Over my 10 years of teaching piano, I have learned that each student is unique and requires a personalized approach. For this reason, I offer a free 30-minute initial session before starting lessons so that you can get to know me and I can get to know you. During this initial session, we will discuss your current skill level, your goals, and make a plan.
I usually begin with basics to build a strong foundation for a student. However I also implement an individual approach to every student depending on their knowledge and skills.
I gear my classes towards the needs of the student. I speak with the student about what their musical goals are, and base my curriculum around that. These classes are meant for anybody with a passion and drive for music.
-I can work with you at your own pace and according to your needs. -We can work on classic RCM approach to music or just dive into modern styles -Learn accompaniment, smooth technique, breathing exercises, general music and marketing advice from a professional working in the industry.
Each student will be mentored according to their individual learning style. While recognizing their true potential and capabilities as a visual learner, a verbal learner, a physical learner, or for those who prefer using sound and music, their inspiration and talents will be nurtured so they are able to excel and succeed through a structured course of development.
I would start a lesson with technical skills (eg. scales) and continue with Studies and Repertoire, and if time allowed, I would end the lesson with some ear training. For each new piece learned, I would let students sight read once in class to make sure that they won't have major issues when they practice by themselves.
My teaching methods are unique and they are tailored to each and every one of my student's needs. I can teach starting from beginner, and beyond. A typical class would depend on the student and what they are trying to achieve, whether if they want to pursue the RCM exams, or just play for entertainment.
My teaching methods is to start from the beginning and get a solid foundation before actual starting to play piano. This will make learning the piano faster in the long run. Patience is a virtue as learning a new instrument is like learning a new language.
Make friends and have fun with students while taking things seriously. After each lesson I shall assign homework and practice routines. Require students to practise on their own during off-lesson time (practice makes perfect!).
I strongly believe in a balance of full concentration and having a positive mind. I ensure a proactive, motivating and patient learning environment.
I have a gentle, fun approach that makes learning music exciting. My experience teaching kindergarten has given me different strategies to motivate all types of students.
I approach each student differently, depending on what they would like to get out of the lessons. Most students just want to play and memorize some songs as quickly as possible. I can teach these students to play simple songs easily through repetition. More serious piano students may want to focus on improving their sight reading.
I have a student-centered approach to teaching, focused on implementing a personalized curriculum to best meet the student's needs. I am an energetic and passionate musician, and I always focus on encouraging and motivating my students. I believe in setting goals but also teaching at the student's pace.
My teaching methods are going over 2-3 short songs then perfecting the dynamics, flow and maybe including some fun and games along the way to help the student understand better. My style is to bring fun into the teaching so the student can have fun while playing the piano.
My methodology depends on each individual student. I like to make sure that the student is having fun while still building skills and musicianship. Depending on the level of student, I am either very hands on, or take a step back to allow personal growth without too much micromanaging.
I focus on the individual and getting to know what drives him/her. It’s also important to know their goals and objectives. I’m flexible but goal-oriented. For kids, I try to have fun, too! For parents, I'm happy to help chat through and provide advice on the conservatory lifestyle.
My teaching method is simple: teach for the student. As important as it is to me that my students advance musically, it's just as important that they enjoy learning and have a positive association with music. Everyone learns differently, so this will vary person to person.
Each person has specific skills and challenges. I discover these and then work with the student to develop confidence and skill in an encouraging environment. We explore breath control, warm ups, technique, physical and emotional awareness to learn to let the sound flow through us in a beautiful way.
I structure each lesson based on the student's goals and interests. I usually focus on Repertoire, Studies, Technique, and Ear training to prepare for the RCM exams but I am also happy to work on any particular styles of music students may be interested in such as pop music. For music theory, I teach Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Rudiments.
My teaching methods is based in observe the student capacity and start build a new plan for increse they skills on depends whats hi or she can do tecnically and mentally too.Teach them step by step the proper piano tecnic and differents skills ejercise...
My teaching methods are based on the Russian school of piano playing and are oriented towards quick results. Although that involves a certain academic rigor and requires to learn rather quickly, this pace of work is not only possible but also extremely rewarding.
I base my lessons on the students needs and preferences.
Music: holistic approach - working with student to develop a voice and rhythm, implementing handwork techniques to increase playing efficiency Mathematics: interactive approach - exposing student to real life problems, using case studies to immerse student in questions and identifying patterns
