I have taught HS math, chemistry, and physics for about ten years, electronics in jr. college for three, and have two years of experience as an Air Force instructor. I also have over twenty years of experience in industrial and manufacturing where math was a tool I used daily.

My forte is working with challenged and gifted students which includes most. Motivation is primary and if not present then it can frequently be inculcated through biographical and application examples, as well as humor. One of the most sincere and meaningful compliments I ever received was the comment 'I don't think I will ever love math as much as you do, but I don't hate it anymore, and I really do hope that I love whatever I do as much as you do.'
