About Oliver
I'm Oli - a film enthusiast and graduate.
In short, I love filmmaking, screenwriting, and all forms of studying the art form. I'm eager to spread the word about how liberating and powerful the medium can be. Likewise, I'm sure you all have a film-related project or assignment that you may want help or advice for, and so I'm thrilled to be of aid with a solid degree in the subject, supported by my own experiences within the industry.
I'm not limited by style or theme, so feel free to inquire about anything at all, whether it be script, assignment, or general advice for studies.

Hello!
I'm a recent graduate of Film Studies from the Liverpool Screen School, ready to teach the world of film to budding cinephiles! I'm a festival-nominated screenwriter, and a quarter-finalist in TheScriptLab's annual feature-length screenwriting competition; two feats which are a testament to my ability.
I take the approach of working with my students on their own work/needs. It could be a script they're looking for advice/development on, a brainstorming session, or even help on academic subjects such as film analysis or evaluation. My degree, expertise and experience in both theoretical and practical filmmaking enables me to help all!
My lessons are 60 minutes each (roughly), and are aimed at both A-level Film Studies (theory, practical, film language, criticism etc.) and aspiring screenwriters/filmmakers.
