I go topic by topic and mostly design my class around the individuals needs. Since math is subject that you learn by practice, I like to explain then do multiple example questions. Then I give questions to students to solve based on the class because they will not learn unless they do it for themselves. I will provide assistance along the way and tell them what they did wrong

The first class will be free and it will last 1 hour. For the remainder of the classes, you have to pay upfront at least one day before class date. If you cancel a class, the fee that you have paid for your class will be used towards a future class.
