About Apeksha
I have pursued Triple Majors in Economics, Psychology, and English from MCC, Bangalore. I then went on to pursue M.Sc in Economics. I have an experience of 4 years with teaching kids. I have been associated with an NGO in Bangalore that aims towards educating kids from underprivileged backgrounds. It has been an enriching experience for me to see those kids do well, and go ahead in their lives, with a little contribution from my end.

For theory papers like Biology, I approach a chapter by drawing flowcharts for it. For Maths etc.solving examples before the exercises is a must. Theory requires every important statement to be underlined/highlighted and explained. I do that and I also tell my students the type of questions that might come, or are expected to come based on the previous year question papers and the syllabus for a particular subject. Children understand better when a teacher explains both theoretically and practically. I demonstrate small experiments to help the students understand the theory part better. Also, learning through technology proves to be a great benefit for students these days, because most students have a stronger visual memory. Thus, showing images and videos concerning a particular chapter is a part of my teaching method. Students seem to understand better from it, amd it also keeps them engaged and engrossed or less distracted. I teach my students with utmost sincerity and patience, and do not hesitate to clear any doubt they have twice or thrice.
