My lessons highlight how closely maths is linked to the digital world around us. I teach with a relaxed and application-focused approach that makes these connections easy to understand. About the lesson

I am a Maths tutor with over 8 years of experience and an MSc in Financial Mathematics. I love helping students understand how numbers can tell meaningful stories. My teaching focuses on mathematical storytelling, where ideas become easier to grasp through narrative and structure. Some concepts need detail, while others shine through simple explanations.

I also specialise in creating clear and compelling data visualisations. I enjoy teaching students how to turn raw numbers into intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics. These visuals make complex insights easier to communicate and much more engaging to explore. A well-designed graphic can often express what long paragraphs cannot.

Over the years, I’ve worked with students in data journalism, marketing, and research roles. Many of them have learned how to uncover patterns, present findings, and communicate data with confidence. I support every learner in developing strong analytical and visual storytelling skills. Even challenging datasets become manageable with the right guidance.
