The lessons are made from a part where I explain the theory and a part of applications / exercises. Usually I advise students not to take the time with me to tackle the theory for the first time but to try it on their own first, and then repeat with me the parts that put them in difficulty. This is to encourage the time spent on exercises that are what is normally asked for classwork and exams. The proposed exercises can be prepared by me or taken from your textbook.
