About Malik
I am a Physics tutor with over 4 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Physics (MPhys). My passion lies in exploring how physical principles shape the living world. Over the years, I have guided students through the fascinating fields of biophysics and the physics of living systems, helping them see how life operates at a molecular and mechanical level. My work focuses on bridging the gap between physics and biology. I help students understand how molecular motors generate motion, how membrane transport regulates cellular balance, and how nerve impulses transmit vital information. Biomechanics is another key area where I show how physical laws govern movement and structure in living organisms. I have had the privilege of teaching a diverse range of students, including those studying biology, pre-med, and related sciences. Many of them came seeking clarity on the physical foundations behind biological processes, and together we built strong analytical and conceptual understanding. My sessions encourage critical thinking and interdisciplinary connections, ensuring that students not only memorize facts but truly grasp how physics brings biology to life. For me, teaching is about igniting curiosity and showing how the invisible rules of physics shape everything that lives and moves. It’s a joy to help students uncover the beauty and precision of nature through the language of physics.

My teaching approach in Physics focuses on making learning practical, reflective, and deeply engaging. I guide students to connect theory with real-world experiments, helping them see science in action. My sessions encourage curiosity, exploration, and confidence in asking “why” and “how.” I place strong emphasis on experimental design, data analysis, error propagation, and scientific reporting—essential skills for any budding physicist. Each concept is broken down step-by-step, making complex ideas easier to understand and apply. Students learn not just to perform experiments but to interpret and communicate their findings effectively. I create an environment where learners feel comfortable exploring, questioning, and even making mistakes—because that’s how true discovery happens. My approach supports DIY scientists and curiosity-driven learners, helping them find their own method of scientific investigation. Together, we build confidence in conducting experiments and analyzing results with precision. The goal is not just to learn Physics but to think like a scientist. I ensure every student develops a deeper understanding, sharper analytical skills, and the independence to excel in both academics and research.
