About Erica
I have just graduated from high school and I'm ready to help the students who are struggling with grade 11 or grade 12 math and chem. For full IB students or partial IB students who want to do well on math/chem IB papers I can also teach the IB contents as well! I'm not the smartest tutor you can find, but I do know how to make improvements. For example, my math mark went from a 94 to 95 to 96 during the three years of high school and from grade 11 to 12, my chem mark went from 92 to 99, which required lots of effort. I believe I can teach the students how and where to put efforts and make improvement!

The student will learn the subject by comprehending given notes or I could go through the notes the student has already, just like how they would learn at school. However, the main focus is that I will mostly teach the students through quizzes, tests, and past diploma papers (for grade 12 students). I do have quite a few diploma questions collected including the one I got from my school which I found very helpful. When outside of the tutoring time, students will be offered to watch the videos I suggest them to watch in order to fully grasp the concepts of the subject and solve some questions. The most important thing is to make "wrong answer notes" which will further enhance the student's understanding of the concepts.
