Only have experience as an individual tutor. I have My methodology can be summarized as... whether it's a test someone is preparing for or a homework assignment they are trying to complete, I listen to what the person is struggling with in completing the task at hand and help them understand.
I have a B.S. in physics, a M.S. in electrical engineering. I spent three years as a systems engineer. I tutor various math levels and sciences in college. I can't say I remember exactly what people's performance's where, but received plenty of positive feedback and return visits. The one instance I do remember was a high school student who had an important physics test the next day. That student had done poorly on tests in the past, but got an 89 after just one night with me.
