About Mary
I am a current junior at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. I am studying Bioengineering/Biology major with a minor in Political Science. I am currently home for the summer and would the chance to assist others! I love the results of hard work, and your achievements on tests or courses will make me very happy! I have 4 years of tutoring experience. In high school, I would go every Wednesday for four years to tutor math subjects to peers. When I took my ACTs I earned a 32 in Math, 35 in Reading, 34 in English, 30 in Science, and 36 in the essay. I have taken dozens of practice tests, and would love to share which strategies work!
I am a dedicated student, and would love to get the chance with you! I’m very strong in math, science, history, political science/government, English, and test prep! I know many of you are studying for your upcoming standardized tests this summer, and I would love to help you!

My teaching method is to start with the basics. If one doesn't know the foundation concepts, then it becomes much harder to learn the more advanced topics. I strive to make students master the basics then build them up to mastering the more complex topics to understand.
