About the lesson

I’m a Maths tutor with over 10 years of experience and an MSc in Mathematical Modelling. My passion lies in applying mathematics to the social sciences, uncovering the hidden structures and patterns that shape our world. I’m especially drawn to network theory and agent-based modeling, powerful tools for exploring how people, ideas, and events are interconnected. Through these lenses, I study how information and diseases spread, and how collective behavior emerges from individual actions.

I love showing students how mathematics can go far beyond the classroom. Together, we explore how numbers, equations, and models can decode the dynamics of human systems. My approach blends theory with practical application, guiding learners to use quantitative methods to analyze real-world problems. I encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity in every lesson.
