About Syeda
Hi! I’m Halima, I’m a business & marketing graduate and I’m a friendly, patient and approachable tutor who enjoys helping students understand things in a way that feels simple and easy to follow. I have been a tutor before so I want to teach because I know how much easier learning can be when you have someone who takes the time to explain things without making you feel pressured or embarrassed about asking questions. I've been through A-Levels myself, and I know how overwhelming they can be but with the right approach, things start making sense!

I offer 1-hour online lessons. I've worked with A-Level students, including one who went from a D to an A. My lessons are focused on making it easier to understand and less intimidating. I’ll explain topics step-by-step, adjust my teaching style to each student’s needs, and make sure they understand the method rather than simply memorizing answers. We can work through homework, practice questions, review difficult topics, and prepare for upcoming tests. My goal is to break things down to the basics and build from there.
