About Roxy
Hi, I'm Roxy! I'm currently a student at the University of South Florida working on my Applied Mathematics degree. I have been tutoring students, typically 4th grade-college level, for the past year as both a peer tutor at the university and an instructor at Mathnasium. I believe any student has the ability to learn any math, and I can't wait to help get them there!

I’m a math tutor who focuses on helping students rebuild foundational skills so they can confidently tackle more advanced material. I tailor my explanations to each student’s learning style, using clear, step-by-step methods and guided practice. A typical session includes a quick review, a focused lesson, and targeted practice with feedback. What sets me apart is that I'm nearly finished with my bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics at USF, giving me strong subject mastery and a deep understanding of how concepts connect. I tutor middle school math as well as all levels of Algebra, Trigonometry, Precalculus, and Calculus.
