I am a recent college grad with a math degree, strong mathematical skills, and 2+ years of tutoring experience. I'm passionate about helping my students really GET the material they're working on. I've worked with elementary school to college aged individuals, and my experience has been extremely rewarding.

My teaching utilizes the socratic method. So, basically, I ask a lot of questions in order to help my student think critically and approach the correct answer. I also emphasize understanding the material in conjunction with memorizing aspects of it.
I can have fun with my students to keep them engaged, but I'm very focused on the subject they're working on.
I'm well versed in helping with homework, but am also able to come up with my own material to help facilitate learning.
