My teaching method is to look at how each individual student tackles a question and explain topics in a way that is more catered to their particular style of learning. I also find that introducing some mini problems in a small starter type question to engage them, before getting started in detail on the topic really helps students to focus.
I have recently graduated from the University of Aberdeen. I am hoping to become a Maths teacher and have tutored previously. Since my degree is also in Mathematics and I have a strong understanding of the current GCSE syllabus, I am able to communicate each topic well.
