About Victoria
I have my bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, where I got to take all kinds of courses from pure theoretical math to statistics and data science. I’ve always loved math, I first took calculus when I was in middle school, but to be honest some concepts were more difficult for me to learn even as a college student. Because I hate not understanding something I care about, this drove me to seek out new ways to learn and visualize math concepts. I’ve learned that just because someone is very smart and willing to teach (*cough* some of my professors *cough*) doesn’t mean they know how to teach well to every student. My goal is to teach each student in a way that works for them. I’m so excited to share my knowledge with students who might be struggling like I have, whether or not they love math like I do!

I firmly believe that no one is actually bad at math, they just haven’t learned it the right way. I’m always thinking of new ways to visualize and understand concepts that might normally be hard to understand, and I feel my calling is to share my interest in all kinds of math with students who need help!
