About Jean-Mari

I'm currently a high school senior with a 4.0 GPA and a 700+ score on the math SAT section. I pride myself on keeping my grades as high as possible while taking all honors and AP classes, working 2 jobs, and keeping up with extracurriculars on the sidelines. I also tutor for free on Schoolhouse. So far, I've racked up over 20 hours of tutoring. I use the I do, We do, You do method for teaching others different subjects. It allows me to truly understand what the student is struggling with, as well as being able to show the process all at once. In my free time, I like to play video and board games with my family. My favorite game to play with them is Rummikub— a game that combines luck and strategy.

About the lesson

I teach using the I do, We do, You do method. I use my own personalized slideshows for topics, specifically in chemistry and environmental science. My lessons would be great for people in high school who are looking for some extra practice or a greater understanding.
