About Sophie
I'm currently studying Mathematics at university and am on track to receive a First-Class degree. I know that many people find Maths challenging, which is why I'm passionate about helping others build their confidence and understanding in the subject. Outside of studying, I love playing sports—tennis especially—and I also enjoy playing the piano. When I get the chance, I just like to relax and hang out with friends.

I always tailor each lesson to the student’s individual needs and give them a say in how they’d like to be taught. Whether you prefer to focus on one topic in depth (like Algebra) or cover several areas in one session, I’m happy to adjust the structure to suit your learning style. Lessons are usually 1 hour long, but I understand schedules can change—so I try to stay flexible week to week. I have 4 years of experience tutoring Maths, working with students of all ages from KS1 through to A-Level. I like to make the lessons engaging and fun :)
