I have been teaching since 2017.
I believe 1 hour sessions are the most beneficial for students, as they are able to get the most out of it without becoming disengaged after too long.
I start lessons with a quick quiz from previous lessons to build on the knowledge and refresh their minds to get them prepared. I believe this enhances student's recollection and opportunity for content to remain at the forefront of their mind.
