My teaching method or approach by topic is first of all to start from basics. I teach the theory first then I will go for the exercises or practicals. Worksheets for practice are provided daily and tests are conducted weekly.
I appreciate the significance of teaching, as it has the potential to be impactful in ways one can’t even think of. As a teacher I always think of teaching as a means and not the end, for example, I ask students questions so that they can come up with an answer themselves. This makes a student feels accomplished and is sustainable in the long run.
