About the lesson

I’m a McGill engineering student with over 5 years of tutoring experience and a strong academic background (4.0 GPA). I focus on clear, structured explanations that help students truly understand the material and gain confidence in math.

My teaching approach
I focus on breaking down concepts step by step and adapting explanations to each student’s learning style. I encourage questions, highlight common mistakes, and make sure students truly understand why something works, not just how to memorize it.

What a typical lesson looks like
- Quick review of current difficulties or recent homework
- Clear explanation of key concepts
- Guided practice with examples
- Independent practice with feedback
- Review of strategies for tests, assignments, or upcoming exams
Lessons are interactive and adjusted based on the student’s pace and goals.

What sets me apart
- Strong academic foundation in math and problem-solving
- Clear explanations geared toward high school and CÉGEP students
- Patient, supportive teaching style focused on confidence and understanding

Who my lessons are for
- High school students (including Sec IV / V)
- CÉGEP students (Calculus, algebra, foundations)
- IB / AP math students
- Students preparing for exams or needing ongoing support
