About Christian
I have a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Waterloo (1987), focusing on automation and control. I have had extensive experience in industrial automation, mostly in automotive, plastics, some oil and gas, and nuclear.
One of my favorite jobs was programming and installing automation/robotic systems in automotive environments, and then training operators on how to operate/maintain/troubleshoot this equipment.
I am also a father, with 3 grown children, so lots of teaching/ learning experience there.

My approach is that I am a teacher and a student at the same time. Everyone learns in a different way, and I am very patient, willing to meet you where you are.
I have a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Waterloo, covering most math and science subjects, also getting into programming and automation. I also have extensive industrial/hands-on experience, so I am particularly interested in practical application of these subjects
