About Elliot

I have just completed a Master’s in Space Engineering and have only recently been diagnosed with ADHD, despite trying to get a diagnosis for decades.

I always thought I just wasn’t meant to fit in the school ecosystem. This was until I spoke to a counsellor who helped me learn to learn MY way. Schools are systematically not designed for neurodivergent people, which is incredibly frustrating for those who actually love learning.

I’ll help you discover your method of learning and harness it effectively! If you love STEM but struggle with revising in front of past papers for hours on end, please don’t hesitate to contact me :) I’ll work tirelessly to make sure fundamental concepts and abstract principles become simple for you!

About the lesson

I have ADHD, so pride myself on being able to connect with those who feel like they’re unable to retain information in normal lessons. I want to boost people’s confidence in subjects they enjoy but feel like they aren’t getting the support they need. My lessons will be interactive and make sure the student’s knowledge is truly attained, and not just remembered in terms of answering questions.

The lessons can be from any age up to 18, and even first or second year university students. Lessons can be up to two hours, but I find that half an hour or one hour suffice for maximum retention.

Throughout my degree I have tutored classmates who needed extra support understanding topics, and had multiple opportunities to support kids and whilst volunteering. I am looking forward to gaining more experience tutoring and hope you can put your faith in me! I won’t let you down :)
