About Katie
Hi! My name is Katie and I'm currently studying Medicine at Newcastle Uni. I completed my HSC in 2015, and achieved a Band 6 in General (now Standard) Mathematics. I have been tutoring several students in Mathematics ongoing for 1-2 years, and absolutely love being able to help explain concepts.

I aim to target the areas of weakness that affect student's confidence the most, developing the necessary basic skills to help build them up to the level that they are working on at school. I find a lot of students have gaps in their foundational understanding of concepts that acts as large road blocks to their current learning, so filling in those holes and helping them develop their confidence and ability with the foundational concepts brings them up to speed quickly.

Online, my rate is $30 per hour for non-HSC students and $40 per hour for HSC students.
The difference in my rate is due to travel cost and time incurred.
