About Sean
I have trained in intensive meditation for several hours a day to full blown retreats and as a monk under the supervision of qualified teachers over the course of sixteen years. My main teachers in Tibetan Buddhism are Garchen Rinpoche, Anyen Rinpoche, the late HH Tsikey Chokling Rinpoche and the late Namkai Norbu. My teacher in sufism is Dr. Khalid Shakoor. I teach meditation in the Buddhist arts, specifically Tibetan Buddhism as well as in the Sufi arts. I myself have practiced from Tibetan, Sufi, Taoist and Christian lineages and have come to see all paths of meditation as essentially the same.
The general session is about an hour long, regardless of how long it takes the general price of the session is $30, talk to me if you can't afford this.
The methods I teach in are particular to each person and not one in the same, every session is going to be different, different things will be discussed and different teachings will arise for different situations. These lessons are for everyone and price can be negotiated for any income level. They go from more serious teachings and practice for those seriously seeking some kind of path to light practice for those who just want to learn how to meditate and add some peace to their lives.
I also teach and do divination for those who request it, I am proficient in I ching and masterful in Hermetic Dice.
