About Belinda

I'm Mexican and I live in North London, I grew up in the middle of amazing cooking traditional Mexican meals by my parents and my grandparents, as part of my life, I have a big passion for Mexican authentic food, I have a large knowledge about different Mexican meals that I have learnt by generations in my family and I get used to cooking from easy tasty meals to dishes involving quite a long elaboration to achieve the perfect original taste. I can teach and cook any Mexican dish, despite being vegetarian, I don't have a problem cooking and teaching meaty Mexican dishes. It doesn't matter if you are vegan or intolerant to lactose or gluten, I will teach how to elaborate delicious taste while looking after your health and food restrictions. __________________________________________________________________ Soy mexicana y vivo en el norte de Londres, crecí en medio de la increíble cocina tradicional mexicana de mis padres y mis abuelos, como parte de mi vida, tengo una gran pasión por la auténtica comida mexicana, tengo un gran conocimiento sobre diferentes comidas mexicanas que he aprendido por generaciones en mi familia y me acostumbré a cocinar desde comidas fáciles y sabrosas hasta platos que involucraron una elaboración bastante larga para lograr el perfecto sabor original. Puedo enseñar y cocinar cualquier platillo mexicano, a pesar de que soy vegetariano, no tengo problemas para cocinar y enseñar platillos mexicanos con carne. No importa si eres vegano, o intolerante a la lactosa o al gluten, te enseñaré a elaborar un sabor delicioso pero cuidando tus restricciones sanitarias y alimentarias.

About the lesson

We'll talk firstly about your requirements, if it is to learn to cook or have a private chef cook for you, then we'll talk about your food restrictions and finally you'll tell me about your favourite flavours and taste in Mexican food. Also, I offer a service to cook as a private Mexican chef for your events, when you want to surprise everybody with authentic Mexican food made by a native person. __________________________________________________________________ Hablaremos primero cuál es tu objetivo, si es aprender a cocinar o conseguir un chef privado y luego hablaremos de tus restricciones alimentarias y para finalizar me contarás cuáles son tus sabores y gustos favoritos en el comida mexicana. También ofrezco un servicio de cocina como chef mexicano privado para tus eventos, cuando quieras sorprender a todos con auténtica comida mexicana hecha por un nativo.
