About Anthony
I am a professional chef with over 9 years of experience working within very high profile establishments. Some of my experience includes working as a private chef to the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia. I have also worked within Michelin Star settings, most notably at the Tudor Room under Michelin Star Chef Tony Parkin.
Before entering the industry I studied culinary arts in South Africa earning my City and Guilds Diploma in Culinary Arts.
