About Daniel
I am currently a technology consultant. At the same time, I teach ChiKung and Tai Chi and continue training in ChiKung and Tai Chi at the Shenren Institute in Barcelona. I have been teaching for a year, I am interested in being able to teach and continue learning. I have two certifications as a Chikung and Tai Chi monitor, obtained at the Shenren Institute in Barcelona. On the other hand, I have a degree in Business Administration and Innovation and Tourism Management, I have studied Chinese for two years, I have been a practitioner of martial arts, boxing, among other fighting systems since I was young, among other things.

My teaching method is based on the practice of different internal and external chi kung systems, chikung more focused on meditation and chikung in which a series of external movements are harmoniously involved. The structure of the classes is flexible since according to the conditions and the practitioners, it will be structured in different ways, but although generally they will start from the initial practice of chikung and then, if it is convenient, will continue with the practice of tai chi.
