About Loïc

In France, I completed a master's degree in marketing and communication. But curious by nature and passionate by discovering new cultures, I traveled a lot, before deciding to put my bags down.
Falling under the charm of Laos, I spend peaceful days there for the last 9 years. Owner of a guest house and an adventure park, over the years, I have been able to develop my skills in order to adapt to a multitude of contacts from different countries.
But more than a simple teacher, I am above all : a words lover.
Because when well used, words are magical and powerful. They are the essential motor for thinking, awaken emotions in us and embody our actions.
And as you already know, French language is a rich and subtle language.
Rich by over 30,000 words, and subtle because each one has its own meaning and definition.
As your teacher, my goal is to share with you this legacy dating back almost 5 centuries.

About the lesson

Since it's my role to interest you, it's up to me to adapt to your level, by organizing discussion sessions that will best meet your expectations.
This is why, to help you to master the language of Molière, we will use the media of your choice (song, book, film, press) and with the theme of your interest. Thereby, these extracts will become the playful supports for your learning.
First, you will explain what you understood and then we will develop the grammar and syntax points. But the majority of our efforts will focus on the most important : conversation. Because the more vocabulary you know, the better you will be able to express yourself.
And the best way to broaden your lexical field is to learn new words by practicing them.
