About Lisa

I am a brand new French teacher in the UK as I've recently settled in Yorkshire. I used to teach English and Spanish in France several years ago for pupils preparing the final college diploma, the "Baccalauréat".
In between I've taught scuba diving in Egypt during 4 years in 4 different languages, helping passionate recreational or professional bubble makers to achieve their dreams in the water.

About the lesson

I emphasize my teaching of French language on lively and actual conversations to avoid discouraging pupils with the dense and sometimes discouraging grammar.
I use the creativity and imagination of my pupils to energize my lessons and make them interactive and attractive.
I am a patient, creative and adaptive teacher.
I adapt my lessons to each pupil and set up reasonable and reachable targets.

Perfect! Before meeting Lisa I was at a low point with my french conversations. Her positive approach inspired me to speak with confidence and her gentle corrections were very helpful. She is very intelligent and interested in a wide range of subjects. I was only able to have 5 lessons with her but they were rewarding and enjoyable. Thank you Lisa.
