About Soleine

I'm a native of the south of France who loves everything that comes with learning and teaching a new language, ranging from basic grammar to literature, including oral conversations about pop culture.

I have experience tutoring to advance speaker as well as small groups of beginners.

About the lesson

I like to tailor my lessons to the specific objective of my students, whether it be a written exam or a vacation in a french-speaking part of the world. Some objectives require a deeper study of the grammatical structure of the language. All objectives should be attained while having fun and being immersed in the culture, which is why songs, movies, and original texts are the lion's share in my french classes.

Soleine is a very educated, nice, young French woman. She is wonderfully bilingual but her native language is French. She studied at a prestigious university in Paris before moving to the USA a few years ago.
And she has a lovely personality which is another perk in a teacher. Voilà!

Authentic and adaptable, she was able to take my high school french to near-native fluency! College french couldn't make it happen but she could. Her approach is tailored to your style of learning, so you'll progress faster than other generic "learn french fast before your honeymoon" classes.

Soleine is great!

I had no experience with French but I quickly began building confidence. She is patient and passionate. Along with speaking and understanding the language, she demonstrates French culture which proved invaluable during my visit to France.
