About Linda

I am Linda, I am 37 years old and I live my life fulfilling my dreams inspired by the heart. It is Naturopathy that led me to this path of initiation of self-realization. When I discover this discipline, it resonates in me as a matter of course. Indeed, this holistic natural medicine, at the same time science, philosophy and art of living, based on the laws of nature corresponds to me in all points. So in the service and tourism sector, it is "naturally" that I undertake a professional reconversion training myself to naturopathy. After this intensive training I realize a great dream: go on a trip several months in a backpack. I decide to go explore the natural medicines of Asia. During 9 months of travel I am familiar with traditional oriental medicine. Back in France, with this experience I practice my profession of naturopath in a cabinet and an essential oils shop. I deepen my knowledge in the field and follow a certified training of aromatherapy. At the same time I practice massage wellness, energy care and relaxation techniques. Now I realize another dream: I travel across Italy by bike. My vocation is to share my experience and my knowledge of naturopathy in order to accompany and support people in the path of well-being, leading necessarily to oneself and to one's own realization. It is for this purpose that I practice at a distance as a naturopath, relaxologist and energy therapist.

About the lesson

My naturopathic practice is based on listening, understanding and adaptation. The success of a naturopathic approach relies, in my opinion, on two essential axes: - a time of exchange sufficient to apprehend your request as a whole. The request is specific to each but also to its situation at the time of the consultation. - to propose an answer which is adapted to you, and especially, a response where you are fully involved in the solutions brought. The naturopath is a health educator, I will do my best to accompany you and I will offer you different tools that could match you. From my point of view, it is essential that you can invest yourself, both during the consultation and afterwards, because I am only there to guide you. I commit myself to respect the uniqueness of each one, to adapt myself to propose solutions, to accompany you in your progression.

Rates for courses by webcam: 40 € / h Clarifications What I propose is an accompaniment that aims to teach you to help yourself, the minimum course reservation is a series of 4 hours, spaced 1, 2 or 3 weeks, depending on the individual problem and the envisaged objective. If necessary, the accompaniment can of course extend over a denser and / or longer time. The accompaniment is done via skype / webcam and possibly documents by email.
