I enjoy teaching a variety of flow classes from strength training yoga to slow flow. I always try incorporating breath work and meditation into my practice to have a more well-rounded session.
I am a hiker, backpacker, and rock climber myself, so I am able to create classes that target any necessary muscle groups that may be tired from any outdoor adventures.
