About Stephen
Hi I’m Stephen,
I work as a nutritionist that specialises in eating disorders and emotional eating.
I love educating the ins and out of nutrition while also providing a safe space to talk about life can often get in the ways of our goals.
I am currently finishing off my degree in Psychology with plans for research in eating disorders.
I love a good baked cheesecake along with BackstreetBoys in the background.
