About Holly
Having taught in classrooms and through tuition for 10 years, I have seen a considerable number of students progress from GCSE to A Level, then onto either industry or University. Seeing students develop my own love of Computer Science is the ultimate goal.

I am a fully qualified master teacher of computer science and ICT from A Level to Key Stage 3. I have extensive experience of teaching within secondary schools and sixth forms and providing online private tuition.
As a computing at school master teacher, I train and support teachers to teach computing which has allowed me insight into curriculum development and how best practice can allow students to flourish. My subject knowledge can be assured and teachers across the UK have attended my training sessions and made use of my resources within their classrooms. I also have experience as an examiner with OCR and work closely with AQA through my teacher training.
Many of my lessons draw from my previous experience as a software developer before entering teaching in 2009, and this is an area which I have maintained a keen interest.
My lessons focus on both subject content and student confidence. I strongly believe in building confidence which leads to independent learning, and building resilience in students with a "I haven't got it right YET, but I will" attitude.
