About Anna
Hi, I’m a certified Stretching coach with 5+ years of experience.
I help people restore mobility, prevent injuries, correct posture, and unlock their full potential through smart, safe, and effective stretching. I’ve worked with athletes, dancers, aerialists, and active humans — guiding them to develop body awareness, move without pain, and build flexibility that truly lasts.
My approach is not about forcing the body, but about balance, precision, and recovery.
