About Callum

I am a very well known teacher in my Local area that is highly respected and loved due to my sense of humour. I have been teaching within the Merton and Sutton Borough for the last 7 Years and know the Primary Curriculum very well.

I have my years of experience and resources to support me in delivering fun and engaging lessons for pupils of all backgrounds and needs.

About the lesson

My lessons are aimed at pupils who are in Primary School that may need an extra bit of support to build their confidence as well as plug the gaps that may have been caused due to COVID.

The first step is to build a good relationship with the pupil so I understand what motivates them and how I can ensure to get the best from them.

Whilst building this relationship it's key to know what areas the pupils stuggle with and why. Then it's to put the foundations in place for the pupils to build upon to reach their full potential. This would be done through some assessments and then to focus on the main areas on learning that will impact on pupils in school life and ensuring these are secure.

Lessons should be from 45 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes.
