About Sha’danna

I hold an associate degree in general studies and a bachelor's degree in business management administration. I've worked in business administration for the past five years and will begin my master's in data analytics this August. For the past two years, I’ve served as a mentor, and this year I’m proudly mentoring incoming college students at the college where I earned my associate degree supporting a group of 10 students. I’ve chosen to become a tutor because I’m passionate about helping others grow, gain confidence, and reach their academic and professional goals, just as I continue to pursue my own.

About the lesson

My teaching method is grounded in personal growth and self-discovery. I help students build confidence, manage fear, and express themselves authentically through personalized, conversation-based sessions. A typical lesson includes open dialogue, reflection, and practical tools to improve everyday communication, whether it’s for class presentations, interviews, or real-life situations. I’ve been where you are quiet, unsure, and hesitant to speak up. That’s why my sessions are safe, supportive, and focused on helping you uncover the voice that’s already inside you.

Growing up, I struggled to speak up. I was afraid to read aloud or present in front of others. But over time, I found my voice, and now I help others do the same. With years of mentoring experience and a deep belief in honest, respectful communication, I support students who want to speak with confidence in life, school, or work. You don’t have to stay silent you can grow.

Hourly rate: $25 per hour for all online sessions.

Free introductory session: 30 minutes to discuss your goals and see if we’re a good fit.

Lesson packages: Discounts available for 5 or 10-hour bundles. Please contact me for details.

Flexible scheduling: Sessions can be tailored to fit your availability and learning pace.

Payment: Accepted via PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Please let me know your preferred method.

Materials: No additional fees for teaching materials. I provide all resources needed for your lessons.

Location: All sessions are conducted online for your convenience and safety.
