About Bayu
I have been running a fitness program for eight years naturally, and guiding dozens of private clients in various gyms on a freelance basis. I learned from many fitness and diet experts from within and outside the country. This full service personal trainer course combines scientific and practical approaches through periodic progress evaluation methods, as well as basic nutrition education. In addition, I will also adjust the exclusive method to the client's health condition. The outcall course duration is flexible, ranging from 4 to 12 weeks through 1:1 session privately. I have more than 8 years of experience in the world of fitness and diet, and have helped various clients achieve their fitness goals. This course is suitable for beginners to intermediate, ages 18–50, who want to get better health, exotic body, lose weight, or improve overall fitness. Get wet, get steam, burn them!!!
