I am a personal trainer with real transformation experience, having gone through both extreme bulking and cutting phases. I successfully increased my body weight from 50 kg to 72 kg during my bulking phase, then cut down from 72 kg to 56 kg to achieve a shredded, stage-ready physique for bodybuilding competition. This journey has given me a deep understanding of training, nutrition, discipline, and consistency. I apply this practical experience to help clients achieve safe, realistic, and sustainable physical transformations based on their individual goals.

Saya adalah personal trainer yang sudah memiliki banyak pengalaman perubahan fisik. Saya pernah menjalani fase bulking dari berat badan 50 kg hingga 72 kg, kemudian melakukan cutting dari 72 kg ke 56 kg hingga mencapai kondisi shredded dan siap tampil di panggung kompetisi bodybuilding. Perjalanan ini membentuk pemahaman saya tentang latihan, nutrisi, disiplin, dan konsistensi. I use a personalized, goal-oriented training approach based on each client’s body condition, lifestyle, and fitness goals. My coaching combines structured strength training, proper exercise form, progressive overload, and basic conditioning. I also integrate nutrition guidance through customized meal plans to support training results, whether the goal is bulking, cutting, body recomposition, or general fitness and health.

Saya menggunakan pendekatan latihan yang personal dan berbasis tujuan, disesuaikan dengan kondisi tubuh, gaya hidup, dan target masing-masing klien. Metode saya menggabungkan latihan beban terstruktur, teknik gerakan yang benar, progressive overload, serta conditioning dasar. Saya juga memberikan panduan nutrisi melalui meal plan yang disesuaikan untuk mendukung hasil latihan, baik untuk bulking, cutting, body recomposition, maupun kebugaran umum.

1. Initial assessment of fitness level, body composition, and goals
2. Warm-up and mobility work to prevent injury
3. Main workout session tailored to the client’s goal (fat loss, muscle gain, or health)
4. Technique correction and real-time feedback
5. Cool-down and stretching
6. Brief nutrition and recovery advice, including adjustments to training programs or meal plans when needed

My focus is not only on physical results, but also on safety, sustainability, discipline, and building long-term healthy habits.
