About Elaine
Hi, I'm Elaine, a qualified Personal Trainer based in East London.
Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I worked long shifts and irregular hours, so I understand how challenging it can be to prioritise your health and fitness around a busy schedule.
My passion for strength training started through my own fitness journey, where I discovered how much exercise can improve confidence, wellbeing and quality of life. This inspired me to help others experience those same benefits.
I specialise in working with beginners and busy professionals who want to build strength, learn proper technique and feel more confident in the gym. Whether you're completely new to exercise, returning after a break, or feeling intimidated by gym environments, I provide a supportive and personalised approach tailored to your goals and experience level.
My aim is not only to help you achieve results, but also to give you the knowledge and confidence to train safely and independently for the long term.
Sessions are available in residential and commercial gyms across Canary Wharf and East London.
I speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Whether you're completely new to the gym, returning after a long break, or simply unsure where to start, my sessions are designed to help you build strength and confidence in a supportive environment.
I specialise in working with beginners and busy professionals who want to feel more comfortable using gym equipment, learn proper technique, and create sustainable fitness habits without extreme diets or complicated programmes.
Each session is tailored to your experience level, goals and lifestyle. My focus is on helping you move safely, progress at your own pace, and develop the knowledge and confidence to train independently.
Sessions are available in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and can be delivered in residential or commercial gyms across Canary Wharf and East London.
