About Kate
Hi! I’m Kate — currently studying to become a certified personal trainer and actively training for a 5km runamuck as I go. I’m offering beginner-friendly coaching sessions for people who want to improve their fitness, build confidence, and take control of their health — without judgment, pressure, or perfection. I’m not your typical “Instagram PT” — I’m still on my own weight loss journey, and I know exactly how hard it can be to start. That’s why I’m here: to help real people take real steps, no matter where you’re starting from.
