About Charis
Hi! I'm Charis. I teach Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga. I have been a student of yoga for 10 years, coming to the practice for fitness & overall well-being. I have been teaching yoga for 2 years, completing my 200hr YTT in Fremantle & 150hr Mentorship In Mt Hawthorn. I love to personally work through the Ashtanga Sequence for my own practice. My Vinyasa classes are based on traditional & new age practices. I love dogs & getting outdoors for hikes. I definitely don't take myself too seriously, so expect some laughs along the way! Hope we can work together to achieve your goals. xoxo

Firstly yoga is for every body, I will ask you some simple questions to personalise your yoga to you. This is so you are getting the most out of your experience with a private teacher.
I offer fun sequences to explore strength, flexibility & mindfulness.
Allow yourself to be challenged & explore what is possible physically & emotionally through Yoga.

Charis teaches from the soul, she projects calm energy but she will also make you laugh! Though it is clear she has dedicated a lot of time to her craft, I appreciate the way she will gently guide you without judgement to your next goal. Not to mention, she is smoking hot !!!
Charis is an excellent yoga teacher! I have regularly attended her classes and would recommend her for any studio. She is knowledgable, patient, friendly, and has a very calming presence. She is great at modifying poses and positions to fit all abilities.
