About Nevra
Hello, I'm Nevra. I've been practicing yoga for about eight years. I received my Yoga Alliance-certified 200-hour Yin Yoga teacher certification from YogaŞala in 2021 and then deepened my practice with a 65-hour mentorship program. After completing my training, I taught weekly classes at YogaŞala as an intern. While studying at university in the UK, I had the opportunity to teach regular weekly Yin Yoga classes to students at my university for a year. Later, I worked at a hot yoga studio in my local area, teaching weekly classes to participants of various age groups and levels for six months.
Over the years, I've gained experience teaching both group and private lessons, adapting to students' different needs and levels. I'd love to join you on your yoga journey!

My classes are focused on Yin Yoga: aiming to deeply open the body by holding poses for extended periods of time, while also aiming to calm the mind.
I prioritize physical and mental relaxation and balance by incorporating breathing and meditation techniques into my classes.
In private lessons, I prepare a personalized program based on the student's needs and level.
My priority is to create a safe, non-judgmental and supportive environment in group or private lessons so that students feel comfortable and positive on their yoga journey.
