About Peter
My experience with tutoring, primarily in Mathematics, covers over two-and-a-half years, teaching at all grade levels, from Elementary School all the way through High School. I love Mathematics, hence why I completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Math. I hope to inspire you to love Math just as much as I do because it is important and a part of everyday life. My first goal is to get to know you and to help you to personally succeed, with my secondary goal of helping you to see the beauty and importance of Math finding joy and beauty in it, which will only help you to achieve greater success in this subject.

My first goal would be to get to know you, the areas of study, for example, Mathematics, that you struggle with as well as what you know well, then I would tailor my teaching towards you specifically, seeing what works well for students such as yourself who struggle in the same areas that you do. A typical lesson plan would focus on what you should already know leading up to the area that you struggle in (think refresher), then go through a step-by-step approach on how to solve things. We could even integrate Excel as a tool, programmed following the approach that we discuss so that you can use that to guide you.
