About Anna
I am an experienced English and ESL tutor with a PhD and a strong background in education. I have worked as a teaching assistant in the UK and classroom teacher in Japan. I enjoy supporting learners of different ages, abilities, and learning styles I am particularly interested in working with students who may feel unsure, anxious, or frustrated with learning. My aim is to create a supportive and respectful learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and make progress at their own pace.

I hold a PhD in humanities and have experience working as a teaching assistant and English tutor, supporting learners from a range of backgrounds and ability levels. I am particularly experienced in helping students who may feel anxious, lack confidence, or need extra patience and clarity.
