About Neethu

I am a PhD researcher (IIT & University of Queensland) with a strong background in Chemistry, Biotechnology, and Environmental Engineering. I am passionate about science and enjoy simplifying complex concepts so students feel confident and capable. I want to teach because I believe the right guidance can completely change how a student experiences science, from feeling overwhelmed to genuinely understanding and enjoying it. My goal is not just better grades, but building strong foundations and independent thinking skills.

About the lesson

My teaching is concept-focused, structured, and personalised. I prioritise strong fundamentals and explain the “why” behind each concept rather than rote memorisation. Lessons include clear explanations, guided problem-solving, and exam-focused practice using past questions. I also use diagrams and real-world examples to make complex topics easier to understand.

Qualifications: I am a PhD researcher (IIT & University of Queensland) with expertise in Chemistry, Physics, Biotechnology, and Environmental Engineering. I have experience mentoring university students and simplifying advanced scientific concepts.

Who I teach: Year 7–12 (Chemistry, Physics, Science), HSC/IB students, and university students for chemical engineering needing support with core subjects, assignments, or exam preparation.
