About Tifany
I am currently a PhD researcher in forestry and sustainability, with a background spanning environmental impact assessment, ecological research, education, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to beginning my doctoral studies, I worked in both environmental consulting and corporate training and quality assurance roles, which helped me develop strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
My research focuses on forest resilience, stakeholder perspectives, ecosystem services, and sustainable land management. Through my academic and professional experiences, I have developed skills in data analysis, scientific writing, survey design, stakeholder engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Beyond my research, I enjoy science communication and community engagement. I have served as a student representative and have been involved in organizing educational and environmental outreach activities. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring nature with my family, traveling, reading, and learning about environmental policy and sustainability issues. As a parent, I also enjoy supporting my young daughter's learning and curiosity about the world.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and tailored to individual learning needs.
