About Timothy

I am a young, ambitious and friendly photographer and film-maker who studied these subjects along with graphic design and web in a 3 year course (equivalent to A levels) in Switzerland. I have over 2 years of experience working professionally as a freelancer and giving lessons.

I love to share not only my knowledge and experience but also my passion and enthusiasm for these subjects.

About the lesson

I give lessons to anyone who is starting or already knows the basics and want to take their craft further by structuring the lessons based on what the student wants to do and where they are starting from. I like to teach in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere but with a goal-based perspective.

We will dive into your chosen subjects ranging from technical things like exposure (aperture, shutter speed and ISO), white balance, lenses and their focal lengths; and more creative aspects like angles, framing, composition, staging and lighting.

I also offer retouch and colour-grading lessons on Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Adrien has great technical knowledge about how the camera works and captures light. One element on which he could improve is the speed at which he decides on the appropriate settings before snapping a picture.
